Another adventure from early August, with Joe and Dan from Pleesecakes, Scott Quinnell, and Alice Snow at the Smeg headquarters on Regent Street.

Joe was challenged to create a show-stopper cheesecake using Chelsea buns (made using my award-winning recipe!). Check out his incredible tower, wrapped in rose gold, dripping with chocolate and studded with chocolate shards!
