Pigs in blankets
Ingredients
1 pack of free-range pork chipolatas
1 pack of streaky bacon
1 pack of fresh sage leaves
Method
Simply wrap 1 slice of bacon around 1 sausage and add a couple of sage leaves.
Place on a parchment lined baking tray and bake at 200 C for 30 mins, turning occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
Top tip
Make in advance and freeze. Defrost in the fridge overnight.
