Goat cheese on sourdough with Serrano ham, olives, figs & honey

Ingredients

Sourdough bread, sliced

1 pack soft goat cheese in extra virgin olive oil

Serrano ham

Ripe figs

Green olives

Dried oregano

Lavender or orange blossom honey

Sea salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Toast the sourdough, drizzle over some of the olive oil, and spread generously with the goat cheese.

  2. Add a slice of fig and a slice of Serrano ham. Skewer an olive and place on top.

  3. Sprinkle with dried oregano, season and drizzle with the honey.
